Jay Hare
President / CEO
Jay Hare is the President and one of the founders of IonWays. As President he oversees all aspects of IonWays operations. He brings 20 years of business management experience, the last 15 years in executive level positions, and 15 years of sales and marketing experience to the IonWays team. His management experience has been acquired in three separate industries with three very different yet rapidly growing companies. Jay has most recently served as the Executive Vice President for the exclusive US importer of the EmcoTech brands where he directed the sales and marketing efforts.
He has experience in all phases of ionization technology from residential to commercial product lines.
He offers IonWays a complete grasp of the emerging US market for ionization technology and its varied applications.
Jay originally hails from Seattle, Washington where he grew up with a passion for the outdoors. His personal goal “to always be in good enough shape to do anything” has led him in a lifelong quest for health and fitness of mind, body and spirit. He considers himself very blessed to be able to help spread the benefits of ionized water throughout the US and serve the IonWays community.
Kirk Phinney
Executive Vice President
Kirk Phinney is the developer of the IonWays Global Pay Plan and one of the founders of IonWays. Kirk brings almost 20 years of full time Network Marketing experience as well as 30 years business experience ranging from owning and operating several restaurant concept businesses to a very high-end construction and land development company.
Continuously self-employed since leaving the US Army Infantry in the early 1980's, Kirk is the consummate entrepreneur and family man. Kirk lives on a small farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina and enjoys time with his lovely wife Cathy of 17 years and their 4 children, Carolyn 15, Chase 13, Jacob 9, and Kimi 6.
Kirk and Cathy have trained tens of thousands of people in the home-based marketing industry and their passion is helping others also achieve success.
Kirk and Cathy were drawn to IonWays by the incredible power of the Emco Tech Alkaline Ionized water technology and the personal results that their family experienced from drinking this water.
Jonathan King
Chief Technical Officer
Prior to joining IonWays, Jon was the President/CEO and founder of Digital Marketing Specialists (DMS) a software development / marketing firm which creates state-of-the-art custom Internet sales and marketing software applications.
Jon designed and managed the implementation of the IonWays web platform that is today the technical backbone of the company. He and his brother Christian King have been co-developing enterprise level network marketing systems for over 10 years now, together they have over 25 years of combined network marketing management experience.
Jon began his software design carrier while serving as an electrical engineer in the U.S. Navy.
He successfully designed and implemented the NAV-SEA Electrical readiness documentation system that became the catalyst of change across the entire fleet which today documents and tracks the individual status, condition, and repair schedule of every single electrical circuit and cable-way in the commissioned fleet.
Today Jon, his wife Amy and their two children Cassie 13, and Matthew 2 live northern Wisconsin where they enjoy both traveling and spending time together as a growing family. The King's regularly enjoy the fullness of nature, the wildlife and the most amazingly vivid seasons that are so abundant in the Northwood's.
Jonathan has had the very unique privilege of being actively involved in the managerial decisions that affected literally millions of distributors through the course of his career in network marketing software development.
His experience provides him the seasoned ability to anticipate and proactively answer the systemic needs of the home based business entrepreneur. His deep found passion for the self-employed fuels his undying commitment to excellence in the field of Internet software design.
